All intellectual property in the services provided by Scribe.Clinic, including software, interfaces, and content, is owned by DocuWand Inc., and is protected under U.S. and international intellectual property laws.
DocuWand Inc. is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Scribe.Clinic, except to the extent such liability cannot be excluded by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the laws of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
